Rising Stars Mini Series

The Rising Stars Mini Series showcases young artists who you absolutely must keep an eye on! The first concert features Lincoln Center Emerging Artist Conrad Tao with violinist Stefan Jackiw and cellist Jay Campbell. Pianist Daniil Trifonov performs a Bach recital program. And British cellist Sheku Kanneh-Mason of The Royal Wedding fame performs with Los Angeles Chamber Orchestra.

British cellist Sheku Kanneh-Mason, who became a household name worldwide after playing at the wedding of Prince Harry to Meghan Markle, joins the Los Angeles Chamber Orchestra and its new music director Jaime Martín for Saint-Saëns' captivating and brilliant Cello Concerto No. 1. Also on the program are Beethoven's Third Symphony and the world premiere of a new work by Derrick Spiva.
